Welcome to The Dunk, where we believe that cold-water immersion is the key to unlocking your full potential. We are Dean and Roelof, two adventure-seeking corporate guys who fell in love with our ice bath routine and decided to share our passion with the world. For years, we have pushed ourselves to the limit, always looking for ways to improve our performance. Hiking mountains, competing in at Iron Man and plainly just battling it out in the corporate world. We soon realized that recovery was just as important as training, and that’s where ice baths came in. We were amazed by how much they helped reduce inflammation, soreness, and fatigue, and how much they sped up our recovery time and we could still keep up with everyone else in the office.
