Local shipping
We offer shipping throughout South Africa. Our shipping rates and times vary based on the delivery location as well as the size and weight of the item(s) being shipped. Shipping rates and times will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping, however, the freight & duties are payable by the customer at a quote provided by our freight forwarder.
2. Order Processing Time
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Shipping times vary based on stock availability, and the delivery location.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping via our courier, which typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery within South Africa. You may also choose to expedite your shipping for an additional fee.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the size and weight of the item(s) being shipped. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Returns
In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the unit, please contact us directly (cooldown@thedunk.co.za) to make further arrangements. All returns must be requested within (7) seven days of the delivery date. Note, customers will have to pay for the cost to ship it back to our warehouse.
