By opting for our monthly installment plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms

• The total amount due will be divided into equal monthly installments over 36 Month Installment.

• The first installment is required upfront to activate the plan.

• Payments will be automatically deducted from your chosen payment method on the agreed-upon date each month.

• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for each installment.

2.⁠ ⁠Late Payments & Default

• If a payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of [X amount or percentage] may apply.

• If multiple payments are missed, the remaining balance may become due immediately.

• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order/service if payments are not made on time.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Installment plans cannot be canceled once initiated.

• Refunds are not available for partially paid purchases.

• Early settlement is allowed, and no penalties apply for paying off the balance in advance.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Ownership & Access

• Ownership or access to the product/service remains with The Dunk until all payments are completed.

• Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access or reclaiming of the product/service.

5.⁠ ⁠Interest & Additional Fees

• Our installment plans are interest-free, unless stated otherwise.

• An administrative fee of [X amount] may apply for setting up the installment plan.

6.  End of Finance Cycle

You must cancle your installments with Annebell , 90 days before your contract come to an end
